Aw, Pollution. He looks TERRIFIED, and it is adorable. And his hair! It's- Squee~!

And somehow, I've always pictured Famine smoking cigars... dunno why. I like how you've actually used the borders. Crowley is leaning on his... XDD

This is awesome; rock on~!

I like that all the characters here are actually as attractive as I imagined them being- even Pollution. And for some reason, people will insist on making Aziraphale overly frumpy. I pictured Aziraphale being very attractive (and, though the book only comments about his "gayness" (ignoring angels' inherent lack of sexuality), I quite thought Crowley was just as gay).

Oh I liiiiike this! :) Love the way it's more than just pictures of their features, it's like, their characters too in a way.

I was having a bit of trouble constructing Pollution in my mind. I think it was the long hair that was keeping the image from fully solidifying. But I REALLY like the way you've drawn him, so, yay. Now I have an image of him for my mind. :)

Just marvelous, I finished GO early tonight and I'm on a mad search for decent art and fic... however, I find myself having to disagree with most of the previous commenters.

The only one of the four here really fitting my mental image is Famine. I couldn't actually get a decent mental image of him, but this fits almost exactly what I was trying to picture... the rest, not so much, but still absolutely lovely. ^^

There is something about your Crowley that makes me come back to this picture again and again. He is wonderfully executed--piercing eyes, darkly outlined and skillfully shaped, high against his prominent cheekbone; a hand casually holding his glasses, showing only a glimpse of his knowing smirk and a rugged slouched pose speaking of off-handed confidence. Very attractive-looking, that is for sure, and makes me look and look away feeling shy before peeking glances. Did i say how much i love the hand hiding part of his face? Allure of the mysterious and all. Then, there is the dark suit that gives this sense of overbearing/overwhelming. It's great putting him in a picture of four because each person contrasts with each other and in turn, bring out their best and different qualities. Still, out of the four, my favourite would be the depiction of Crowley.

Coming in second would be Pollution. I've only just started on the book and haven't got to the part where Pollution makes his appearance yet from your picture, i am already getting a feel of Pollution. Child-like innocent, probably clinically insane and...long-haired? A little like Delusion in Neil Gaiman's Sandman series. Again, the hand thing but this time, it is the more of the expression. It is amazing how the hands, combined with the tilt of the head and huddled shoulders could give life to so much character. I also like the glassy eyes and that long floppy hair which adds to his eccentricity. The overlong sleeve is also a pretty nice touch, again highlighting his strange personality.

Don't much like Famine and Aziraphale though, the depiction of them here, i mean. For Famine, i keep feeling that there is an incongruity with the nose and mustache, like the nose should cover more of the mustache of something, so when i look at the four of them, my eyes keep slipping over him.

For Aziraphale, it is also the nose that i take problem to, as well as the eyes and mouth. Don't know why the nose troubles me so. For the eye, it is the shading around the eye. As their tone are too similar, the shading and the outline of the eye keeps blending together, making it rather disconnecting. There really isn't anything wrong with the mouth. It's probably the other features of the face that makes me disagree with the face though. I really do wish Aziraphale was done better because i like him and i am lazy. How these two links? I have a handy visualisation of him rather than having to wreck my brain for it. ^_^;

Still, it's amazing how you managed to capture the personalities of the characters in drawing. I get that Famine is cold and rather emotionless and really quite scary though i haven't read about him and Aziraphale is sweet but not that sincerely so and should be somewhat frightening because he isn't human and pure holiness is inhuman. They both have a no hand theme and an uncovered mouth theme as opposed to Crowley and Pollution. It works here in favour with the whole picture but perhaps not for them, in my bias thinking.

Yeah, just wanted to get this all out. I still stand that you are really incredible and am jealous of your skill ^_^ and disturbingly infatuated with your Crowley. ^_^;

Again, the realistic and yet simplified style of animation amazes me. I particularly like the way you draw hair. Not to mention Crowley's face. There's something very compelling about it. He's just staring at you. I'm sure it has something to do with the serpent eye.
